I saw this same train in real life in 2010 on Steam locomotive parade in Wolsztyn, Poland.

This is the 242 001 streamlined steam engine :).
Year: 1934
Manufacturer: GANZ
Pieces: 4 (242 001-004, Today this is the only one; Date of renovation: 2002)
VMax: 161km/h (On 1961, at a trial run)

Nice....

I wonder why don't today American steam locomotives have any German looks to it?

Perhaps unless if there any German-built steam locomotives modified in North America, that might be cool...

I don't know :)^^. This is a Hungarian locomotive (Number: 242 001 (Total 4 pieces made (242 001 - 242 004, bw. 1936-1939), Manufacturer: Ganz Mávag) :)
